NOURISHED - A Narrative Therapy Group For Women

Would you like to change your relationship with food and body?

This group workshop supports you to better understand and share your food story, and through creative processes and collective healing, rewrite your story for the future.
Who it's for:

This workshop is for you if your current relationship with food and body affects your confidence, health, relationships, or life generally in ways you don't like and don't want to have continue.

It's not suitable if you're in acute crisis or experiencing a severe eating disorder without concurrent 1-1 support.

The group is limited to 10 women.

Trans women and non-binary folks are welcome.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands where I live and work - the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung nation - and the elders, ancestors, creator spirits, and living custodians of this oldest continuous culture on Earth. I honour their ongoing connection to the Land and Waters that has been cultivated over thousands of generations.
