NOURISHED - A Narrative Therapy Group For Women

Are you sick of the constant internal conflict around food, diet, perfection, or even wellness?

Would you like to move from restriction, obsession, bingeing, or anxiety to true vitality, ease, and joy?

Nourished is a two hour therapeutic journey designed to create the space and agency you need to move forward in a new way.

Connect with other women to share stories, shift perspectives, and revision what's possible for yourself and each other.

What to expect:

A focus on safety and collaborative exploration

An opportunity to get curious about the stories you live with around food and body

Small group sharing about your history and challenges

Collective appreciation of the skills, knowledges, and strengths you have developed

Practices to support you to get clear on your values, hopes, commitments, and intentions moving forward

Let's re-author a new story together
"You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves."

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands where I live and work - the Arakwal people of the Bundjalung nation - and the elders, ancestors, creator spirits, and living custodians of this oldest continuous culture on Earth. I honour their ongoing connection to the Land and Waters that has been cultivated over thousands of generations.
